Descend

To expand our consciousness, we must embrace polarity, not resist it.

Persephone’s descent into the underworld is not a tragedy, it’s an initiation. She's the bridge between light and shadow, between innocence and wisdom, between life’s surface and its depths. Her journey teaches us that to expand our consciousness, we must embrace polarity, not resist it.

We’re not meant to dwell only in the sunlit realms of certainty nor be lost in the dark abyss of fear. We're meant to walk both, to know both, to reconcile the forces within us. The descent is necessary – it’s where we shed illusions and meet our fragmented selves. The ascent is equally vital, bringing what was hidden into the light, transformed.

To understand the world, we must first understand ourselves; the parts that rise and the parts that fall, the giver and the taker, the lover and the sovereign. It's not a flaw in existence, it’s the architecture of expansion.

This is how we claim the power to move between realms, unafraid of the dark, unchained by the light – masters of both.

Welcome. Persephone is still emerging. Things will be up and running shortly, but you can subscribe if you'd like to receive emails when new content is published.
